Facial Care
The first thing that an eyes see in a person is the face. In other words the face is the identity of the person.
The skin of the face like other parts is not covered with clothes but exposed to dust and sun. Thus the skin of the face needs more care than the rest of the body. Your overall personality can be enhanced by just devoting 5-15 minute of the day to your face.
There are more oil glands on the face, especially the nose , chin, and the central forehead that is adjacent to the eyes. Facial care should be a routine both in the morning as well as in the evening.
Facial Care During Morning :
Use lukewarm water every morning to clean your face. Don’t use bar soap. Try using the cream or gel to wash your face. Dry the skin by blotting with a soft cotton towel. Do not rub the towel on your face. Tone the skin to restore its natural pH level. The skin is cleansed , cleared and made ready to be hydrated again with the help of toning. Residual cleanser can be removed with the help of the toning. The makeup that is left behind can also be removed by toning. A moisturizer that goes along with your skin should be applied to the face. A moisturizer helps to get rid of dryness and fine lines. Sunscreen can be applied on the top of the moisturizer. Now wear the makeup that goes along with the texture of your skin and personality.
Facial Care During Evening :
The procedure of the facial care in the evening resemble to some extent the facial care that is taken during the morning. Clean your face with lukewarm water and with purifying gel or creamy cleanser. The earlier makeup can be removed with the skin cleansers. Use the cotton pad to apply the toner. Scrub the skin before it dries. This helps the removal of skin cells which are dead. This makes the skin bright and glow. Gently massage the face and later rinse it thoroughly. Application of the moisturizer is the final step. Use a firming eye cream around the eye area.
